Our H.E.A.T. (High Energy Athletic Training) program is athletic based personal training in a small group and is more than just a great workout. It is a fun and creative solution for ALL walks of life. Our program patrons include corporate executives, current and former athletes, young aspiring athletes and stay-at-home moms alike. X5 Sports Lab’s H.E.A.T. Program utilizes a unique programming style that allows ALL fitness levels to co-exist without fear of being left behind or being slowed down. By combining strength and sports style of training guarantees an intense program while offering ALL fitness levels opportunity for success. Our Small Group Training Program goal is to push each individual beyond his/her own capacity and comfort zone; a short point beyond where you would push yourself.

The majority of our Small Group Training Program is completed using your own body weight along with machines and free weights. The program incorporates a great deal of exercises geared towards the major sports like tennis, football, basketball, etc. and boot camp calisthenics. Additionally, we make recommendations on dietary needs to help improve your training experience.
I have had many personal trainers but Darrell is the BEST. I have been attending the Boot Camp class for almost 2 years now. Although this is a group workout Darrell still gives the individual attention you need to get real results. My previous one-on-one training, with other trainers, was NEVER this intense or produced more results than training with X5 Sports Lab’s Small Group Training Program. I am leaner, stronger, and more knowledable about my personal training and nutrition because of X5 Sports Lab. Our Small Group Training Program eliminates boredom with its variety of exercises. In over 15 years, our program has never duplicated any one class. Continuing to be on the cutting edge of fitness allows us to provide such a unique and effective program.

Small Group Training Program details: Each session lasts 60 minutes and begin with warm-up and stretch and end with cool-down and stretch.
