    X5 Sports Lab | Personal Training, Small Group Training, Boot Camps and Speed, Agility & Strength Training for Kids I have been going to X5 Sports Lab | Sports Performance & Personal Training Studio, with Personal Trainer Darrell Watkins, for the last 6 years and I’m still loving it!  When I first started going to Boot Camp my thought was it would just be for 3-4 months to kick start my workout routine.  But once I realized the amount of strength and endurance I was gaining I couldn’t stop!   No boot camp training workout is the same; featuring different combinations of cardio, strength and core training.  Darrell does a great job motivating you to do your best and keeps pushing you to improve.  Plus having a group to train with adds extra encouragement.  This weekend I had something that reminded me the reason I keep going back to X5.  I played a singles tennis match against a tall lady with long  skinny legs.  My legs may not look like hers but I’m in 100 times better shape.  After wearing her down the first set losing 5-7, I had an easy win at 6-1, 6-2.  Then I proceeded to go to my mixed tennis match without concerns of being tired or winded.  Thanks for keeping me in such great shape!

I am so happy that I found X5 Sports Lab/Performance & Personal Training Studio. I have been working out with Darrell Watkins for the past 7 months. He has made working out fun and interesting and gets your body in shape in the process. I always feel terrific at the end of X5 Sports Lab | Personal Training, Small Group Training, Boot Camps and Speed, Agility & Strength Training for Kidseach workout and for the rest of the day. I have worked out muscles I didn’t even know existed! Darrell has created a positive atmosphere with his encouragement, praise and humor. X5 is so enjoyable that if I miss a day I can’t wait to get back in the gym. The workout is different every time so I never get bored and I am motivated to push myself more. Darrell is always happy to answer questions and concerns. He answers honestly and if he does not know the answer he will take his personal time to find the answer. X5 is a bright, clean, and state-of-the-art workout facility. I feel extremely blessed to have found such a wonderful trainer/facility. Most of all I feel proud of myself for giving the effort to improve not only my physical well being, but my mental state as well–this is priceless for me. I would definitely recommend X5 Sports Lab to anyone. Thank you Darrell for willingly sharing your expertise, making sessions fun, challenging, and a learning experience. X5 is truly a place for the young to old, out of shape to professional athlete.
